Contuhijo · Since 2008
A company born from a very practical question.
“Why does traveling with children so often feel like an adult trip with kids dropped into it?”
We love traveling with kids.
We did not start by trying to build a travel group. We started by trying to build a trip that worked.
Viajacontuhijo began in 2008 from a personal need: bringing together parents traveling alone with their children and building a dynamic where adults and kids could both find their place.
The idea worked. Then came Contuhijo S.L., Viajacontufamilia, Papá Noel en Laponia and new brands for new types of travelers. The pattern has always been the same: understand the problem first; then design the product.
Today Contuhijo is a family travel company. We prefer to explain it this way: we are the people who design a trip while remembering that several different people travel inside every family.
What has not changed
The trip can change. The logic does not.
We design for real family types, not for a statistical family that does not exist.
Technology helps. When something really matters, you want a person on the other side.
A relaxed trip is usually the result of a lot of work behind the scenes. We like that paradox.
Licenses, protections, terms and actual names. Trust should be documented.
