Esther leads Administration and makes sure the least photogenic part of travel runs with precision. Documentation, processes, coordination and everything that has to be exactly where it belongs.
With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she combines organization and communication in a job where a small detail can turn into a very large problem.
Her goal is easy to explain: families should see a trip, not the machinery underneath it.
