That is why this trip leaves little room for improvisation. Snow, flights, thermal clothing, huskies, reindeer, snowmobiles, cabins, timing and, of course, the man in red. Magic works much better when somebody did the homework first.
Santa exists. The complicated part is knowing where to book.

Meeting Santa is the moment everyone waits for. Our job is making sure everything before and after it is worthy of the moment so families can simply live it.

We may say we go for the children, but then come the snow, the silence, the forests, a warm cabin and a growing suspicion that the trip was for us too.
